Nair, because I have a lotion for my legs with baby oil. IDK if this is the best, but it works for me
Yes, remove all the hair, but you need your legs to stay underground in three minutes or more. Less than 3 minutes not to burn the hair off, but not for too long held, or burn them effectively. Burning of independence, but not as bad as last, if u too long

None. Nair smells terrible. Of course, because it burns the hair, but still. It burns. And it works. I have personally tested and it sucks. Do not waste your money.
